I love the art of photography.

Whether I'm sourcing images for publications or capturing candid moments during my children's soccer games, photography has an incredible ability to evoke emotions that I truly cherish.

My role as a photo editor is to tell a story effectively, bring a subject to life with compelling imagery and to ensure the most awe-inspiring content is used.

​

What I love most about photographing families is thinking about how one day, your kids will look at the photos I took with their kids and then their grandkids. The images they treasure are ones I helped to create.

​

My earliest memory with a camera is from around 7 years old. At that time, I was using my mothers' Polaroid camera. It seems I was always drawn to capturing moments, big and small. I’ve been so fortunate to photograph weddings, events, and families as well as locations and people in 15 countries.

​

I’ve also been blessed with two energetic, loving girls, who are my daily portrait subjects. I prefer photos that have a natural quality, even if posed. A laugh, a glance at a sibling, playing with a parent. All sessions are approached in relaxed, candid, and stress-free manner. I work to ensure all are having fun to allow for natural and comfortable expressions. I pride myself in making fast connections and my ability to show personality in my photographs.
